Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program

The Bridge’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) has developed a partnership with Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), and PHMC subsidiaries, Turning Points for Children, and Health Promotion Council, to develop a trauma-informed, evidence-based substance use treatment program for adolescent males and females between the ages of 12 and 20.

SERVICES

  • Group, individual, and family counseling
  • Psychoeducation groups
  • Peer specialist support
  • Wrap around services in the community
  • Tobacco cessation, prevention, and education groups
  • Triple P – positive parenting program for pregnant or parenting youth

Groups focus on topics related to relapse prevention, drug refusal skills, assertiveness skills, emotion regulation, and self-esteem while simultaneously addressing how substance abuse affects these key areas.

TREATMENT ACCESS

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This program is currently grant funded by SAMSHA therefore participation in this program is free regardless of the individual’s insurance or ability to pay for services.
